I came to see a car at this garage, but since I don’t have a car myself, I took the train. The owner was kind enough to send someone to pick me up from the station, which I really appreciated. First impressions were good the car looked great from the outside, no visible scratches. Thank you Chaile and the team from my call late Saturday to me picking up our new car Monday you guys went above and beyond and I didn’t feel rushed at all or that you where trying to sell me any think I didn’t want. I found a few minor scuffs on the mirror cover and you guys sorted it while I went and had lunch and also put the car on charge for me as it’s a plug in hybrid. Thanks you all so much was a pleasure doing business and will be coming to see you guys again when we want our next car.
Imola Car Garage was absolutely great from start to finish. I had no idea what I needed to do and Charlie helped me the whole way.
