I sent in three pairs of my jeans for alterations. Before sending them, I called and asked if I could get them back by the 14th of December, as I will be moving out of the country on the 15th. The person at customer service confirmed that if I sent my jeans with expedited shipping, I would receive them on time, so I did so. Nevertheless, I received an email saying that my jeans are expected to arrive by 9 p.m. on the 15th, by which time I will no longer be here. I got the lightning bolt shirt. Online the quality of the shirt looks much thicker and higher quality than what it is. The material is more flimsy than a plain V neck you’d get at gap for 10 dollars. It must have cost 1-2 dollars to actually make the shirt bc the material is so flimsy. It cost $68 bucks plus shipping. Absolutely atrocious. This is a case where this brand is expert at marketing and making their products look much better than they are. Would not recommend any to buy from this company. Save your money.
