Jesse did my home appraisal and not only did he provide me with very accurate information regarding my homes value he did it in an incredible amount of time. Very pleased with Jesse's appraisal. His walkthrough was very thorough, asked great questions, and his number was right where I expected it to be. He spent about 2x the time walking around evaluating than the two other appraisals I used, indicating to me he was doing a very thorough and proper job understanding the nuances of my older 1800's home.
