The vacuum machines only accepted cards,not cash,I didn't wanna get stung with charges using my Visa card from NZ,so asked the young worker there & he allowed me to pay the $4 cash & he started the Vacuum machine up for me via his Tablet,so a big thumbs up to this place & their staff! Great service to this Kiwi on her way back home that night tidying up her rental car b4 returning. Thanks so much for handling my payment issue out with great understanding! A+++

Always been a supporter of IMO Ipswich and generally loved their mini make overs. Today I attended and chose the basic wash for a car that was only recently had a makeover 2 weeks ago. Small vehicle that was mostly clean. I was told they can only offer the $11 car wash through the app even though the service board says nothing of the sort. Why would U pay for extra when it was fully cleaned recently.
