I will start by saying this Carwash is an absolute disgrace, before Christmas 2025 my wife purchased a voucher at this Carwash for $100 for her mother for Christmas. On the 20/2/2025 my mother-in-law wanted to get her car washed and as she has never been to a Carwash before she asked could I come with her, so I did. We drove in line and decided to get a nano wash. We told the Indian guy Harry that’s what we wanted. This car wash used to be great. Now, the advertised low price is app booking only. Massive upsell now too as they tell you there is no soap in the less expensive washes. I was also quoted $15 to have my tyres (mandatory)cleaned prior to the wash as well. WTAF!!?? I reversed out of there so fast never to return.
One star because the guy was rude and their metal conveyer inside the auto-wash made a deep scratch on the drivers side rim. Not happy at all .. $23 wash now going to cost me $300+ to fix. Losers
Hi I would like to give feedback on the fabulous customer service I received from rom Jamon (apologies if I have spelled his name wrong) today at your car wash at river link in Ipswich. I have been using your services for at least 5 years and on Sunday I had the Ultra HD wash. I have always been happy with the car wash service but when I arrived home and looked at my car there seemed to be an oily residue on the paintwork and glass.
