This place has gone down hill, normally they wash your car with a broom brush and gernie all over before it goes in the car wash, all I got was the wind screen and told the go through, ordered the wax gone up from $11 to $15, the tyres were still dirty and bird poo was still on the door, the broom wash before would have solved this but no they could not be bothered and no one else was waiting.
DO NOT COME HERE The ridiculous up selling then his refusal to prewash my car as they have previously done at this car wash was crazy. I used to come here regularly as an Uber driver and the service was fantastic BUT I can only assume is new owners WIRST EVER.
I would prefer to give this review no stars, but as 1 star is the lowest allowed that's what Ive rated it. Ive done this due to the standover tactics , and forced upselling of IMO car wash Ipswich. I visited this business looking for a basic wash. My car had a film of dust after being garaged for about a month. Overall it was not particularly dirty and no mud.
