Beware who you let stick you worst and most painful donation experience I’ve ever had
Good evening. I want to address an issue regarding a staff member named Hannah. Her behavior towards my wife was disrespectful and unprofessional. While my wife was donating plasma, she noticed that the amount taken was more than usual. When she asked Hannah why there was no extra compensation for the additional plasma, Hannah responded poorly. I finally got everything I needed to donate straight and the place is now like family to me. Service seems to be a lot better and I really do love the staff. Five stars!
90 minutes wasted today allow them to take their requisite fingerprint scanner but their Walmart equipment was not capable of performing. I was told to drive back home and buy a bottle of lotion as a workaround.
I've been going here for 2 years. They have always been good and fair with me. The problem is usually the customers up here...99 times out of 100. The employees will stand by the rules and match energy when need be. Keep it 100
