Good evening. I want to address an issue regarding a staff member named Hannah. Her behavior towards my wife was disrespectful and unprofessional. While my wife was donating plasma, she noticed that the amount taken was more than usual. When she asked Hannah why there was no extra compensation for the additional plasma, Hannah responded poorly. I finally got everything I needed to donate straight and the place is now like family to me. Service seems to be a lot better and I really do love the staff. Five stars!
