Everybody was nice. I got greeted at the front desk. The front desk walked me through the equipment I come from Equinox. This is a welcome change. Obviously the pricing is competitive and I have a short five minute ride to the gym never realize there is a machine for every part of the body Good work guys
Tommy always coaches a great class. He pays close attention to each athlete and makes great form adjustments when needed.
I love this gym, it has brand new cutting edge equipment , its open 24 hrs for members and has infrared and standard saunas! Hard to find gyms with this kind of specialized equipment and with dumbells over 100 lbs.
