Beware! Within in their contract it states they take 40 percent of all the money recouped. Which seems high, but the worst part is they will take their hourly fees out first. An example they give in their own contract states, if they recoup 20k from your spouse and their hourly fees were 15k, you split the remaining 5k 6:4 ratio. Think about it, they recover 17k and you get 3k. If you want to terminate their services you will have to pay them personally all the hourly fees or they can put a lien on your home.
