I'm new to the area and I discovered Dr. Gonzalez through both google and my insurance carrier. I had my first visit today(meet and greet and 1 health issue) and found the staff, including the front desk and nurse, to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gonzalez appears to be a very friendly and knowledgeable Doctor, he was thorough in my exam and interested in my past health history. The Doctor is very good, however his staff is not helpful at ALL. The entire staff including the nurses and the referral coordinator. You call and they make you leave a message and they never call you back or follow up. When you need a referral they make you leave a message and never follow up with you. You basically have to beg them to do their work. It is a shame because the Doctor is wonderful but his staff is making people go away.
