This is disaster!!!!! Not serious at all!!! Don' t make medical exemps here, you will wait for a month for results and on top of it the stav is horrible! They don't know the alphabet! They make a lot of mistakes on the paper work and they didn't want to fixs it and you pay it a good amount of money for the medical examps. You will waste a lot of your time till you finally have your paper work for migration!
