I recently had a visit at this clinic for a foreign medical exam and it was amazing! Big props to Dr Chen and the front desk team for accommodating my request seamlessly, results came in fast and appointment was also easy to schedule which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!
My mom has been with Dr. Chen for a decade and I referred my husband to him few years back which he gladly accepted. We are super fortunate to have him. He’s so far the best family Doctor. He never fails to call his patients at home when his office receives good or bad news bloodworks. He follows up well and acts right away. I'm Celine. I called this morning to make an appointment for a physical examination. The Clinic staff who answered the phone patiently told me the route to come. The service here is very good. There is a special electric car reception service on the first floor, which drove me all the way to the physical examination center on the third floor. The physical examination process was very fast. It was a really pleasant experience!
Joan and the other MOA are very helpful, nice, accomodating and with a happy face once you walk in to there clinic. We were assisted right away. Wait times are not long and Dr Chen was nice and explained everything to us in detailed. THANK YOU so much for all the help.
Dr. Chen saw my bestfriend recently, who has struggled with anorexia in the past, and was told by him, while he pinched her stomach that she should stop eating so much if she wanted to be young and pretty. She was there to be seen for her vertigo, which has nothing to do with her weight. Also she isn't over weight in the slightest. I don't know why he felt the need to say this unrelated and irrelevant comment to her but it was completely rude and inappropriate.
