Absolutely appalling…. I go into the head office to try get someone to try start my application and process. I live in the pilbarra and will have to do it all over email and calls. 2 weeks go by no response to my email or calls. I talk to someone on google and they tell me oh yea someone is gonna get back to you. Yeah right it’s been 3 days nothing. I am so so so disappointed it’s already a stressful time and this kind of service is not okay. Especially after telling someone you would help them in person.
