awful. the office doesn’t help in ANYTHING. They gave awful service, no options once so ever, waited a WHOLE MONTH for the lady carina to give no options. WASTED MONEY AS WELL DONT GO HERE.
There is no live person person to speak to on the phone. They need to give the address to where you need to send application for certain certificates. No address online and no one knows anything when I went to Hackensack Immigration office . They told me I need to go to Newark office . I have to waste my time to go to Newark now just to get an address because website does not have an address where to submit my form .
