I had to research hard to find a good Navien water heater technician around Denver metro. One of the plumbers wanted me to not use manufacturer warranty and pay for my own part on top of labor which was very odd . After searching through Navien website , I found they have a certified technician and after speaking with many I felt Andrew was best fit because he sounded professional and reasonable. He was on call with Navien found the issue and replaced the part which he had handy with him as well as found another major issue.... read more

I’ve had an issue with my hot water in my house for 6-9 months. I called a different plumber twice previously to try and get the issue resolved but nothing seemed to fix the issue. I reached out to Immersion Plumbing and Heating to see if they could help and after their repair / visit my hot water has never been better and have not had an issue since. Thanks Immersion!!

Immersion Plumbing & Heating is always my first call. They always get the job done the first time and follow up afterwards to check on their work. You can call other plumbers, but you’d just be wasting your time.
