Excellent service. Services completed in a timely manner, very professional service.
Had Shane and the guys come over to install 4 Aircon units for our entire downstairs bedrooms and living area. They did a great job even with a few obstacles, had arborists dropping trees in the yard on the same day which inconveniently had the fellas having to park their truck/tools a fair ways up the road. No complaints by the guys. We did have a minor hiccup with one of the units not working properly the next day, gave Shane a quick message which saw him return ASAP to remedy it. We have used Shane’s services twice now. Cannot fault him and his team! He is communicative, prompt, on time, reliable, friendly, efficient. It was a breeze to use his services and definitely recommend.
One of our old airconditioners had an issue. We have a young child that suffers with heat. Shane was prompt to quote and provided simple and straight forward advice. He did everything he said he would do. He assisted in installing a replacement unit to us before expectation, which was a really nice thing to do.
