The Immerge Group’s installation of my Heat Pump hotwater service was excellent. From my first contact with Jayden in Head Office to the installation with the plumbers and electrician. The results were outstanding, well done team!
I had Julian attend my property to replace the front tap and the part as the pressure had dropped. What a sterling job he did. He seemed to know everything fixed the problem very polite and great customer demeanour he had. He fixed the hot water system issue gave tips how to address things. He and his partner were amazing. Thank you Julian and classic example of great customer service that I will remember. 5 stars to you mate. Keep up the great work.
Fantastic experience from start to finish, help with choosing the suitable heat pump for a large family, support with applying for the government rebate, plumbers & electricians all came on time, great communication & cleaned up after themselves - i will 100% use this team again, thanks for all your help Kellie!
