A service second to none. I logged the call at 8am and by 11 am I had a new hot water service. Such great service by this company that understands the needs of everyday people. Thank you to the ladies in the office for organising the service to promptly!

We have this morning just had fitted a new Rinnai 28 HWS after our 23 yr old unit " died " ( or so we thought ) Yesterday I emailed an inquiry to Rinnai and received a call back from a Kelly within hours. Kelly answered my initial queries thoroughly and quoted the replacement fitted cost including gst and then managed to book a plumber in for this morning first thing after we accepted the price and gave the go ahead.
