I wanted to write this review in appreciation for the excellent service and kindness I received today. Stewart and Mincho were absolutely fantastic. It was a complex job and everything was left perfectly. My whole experience from my initial contact to completing the work has been great. Highly recommend Immerge, customer service was amazing, Kelly was so nice and helpful when I inundated her with questions, Steve was very prompt with coming out and giving service on our hws and very honest information/advice. Price was good too. No doubt we will see you again in the future when our 23 year old hws decides to give up. Thank you so much again
