From the moment I called with a busted hot water service, everything was sorted and I was back to having a hot shower without delay. The service guys were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Outstanding service all round.
Terrible experience—avoid this company for any repairs. I am baffled by their high ratings. I booked an authorized Rinnai service through their online channel because of a rattling sound from the pump assembly unit during sunny days. I uploaded photos and videos in advance, and they dispatched a technician named Mitch. Rather than focusing on diagnosing the problem, Mitch spent most of the visit talking. Quick to reply to my initial enquiry with the exact information I had requested. The quote was straight forward and easy to understand. The job was arranged and tradesmen turned up on the right day right on time. The tradesmen were friendly, polite and professional, got the installation done quickly, didn't leave any mess. made sure it was working before they left. Took away the old storage tank and the packing from the new one. I was very impressed, can't fault the service, highly recommend them.
