Immense saved our work week! They responded immediately when our internet when down, worked with the vendor to get it repaired right away. Their tech patiently worked through all the other vendor's red tape to ensure we were back up and running.
Got a FO modem upgrade, so the VPN would not work until they turned on what I understand was an IPE6 setting that the modem was looking for and couldn't find. It took a while to ID the issue as that check was at the end of the TS list!
