I waited an hour and a half in the south of San Antonio until the technician arrived, who did a bad job.
This locksmith company is an absolute joke. I called them for an emergency lockout and making a key, and they said someone will call in 5 min, and after 20min he called and he was honest that why the office send job for him because he can’t do keys just he can help in unlock , I called the office again, and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful, basically telling me to just wait. I mean, plain and simple Tracey was just awesome. Make a call, they tell me I’ll get a call back whenever someone is available, 3 minutes later Tracey lets me know hey I’ve got this job I’m working on, est 1 hour, made sure that was okay. I had just replaced the ignition assembly, and Honda wants to make everything as difficult as possible, but she got the coding figured out and the truck started in no time!
