My technician was awesome … his name is Brandon
Mike came out on a Sunday to assess the damage from a storm for us and had the power back on the next morning, for half the price it cost us last time. If I have any more need for repairs I will call IRRT. You should too.
Mike, Christina, and the rest of the team do great work. They are fast to respond, very friendly, and reasonably priced. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and they explain everything that needs to be done.
Immediate Response is proficient in their diagnostic abilities to solve my isolated electrical outage issue in remote rooms in my condo. Brandon’s demeanor was very professional and diagnosed the source of the outage in a room that I didn’t suspect had an issue due to the fact that the lights were working. He found the source of the problem in an unsuspected outlet! Way to go Brandon! 😊
