Beware! I called ahead to find out the visit cost and was told $130 and was asked if I had insurance to which I replied yes. I thought the price reasonable for a Sunday and we wanted to get our daughter on antibiotics sooner rather than later. When we checked out, I was charged $199 for a simple routine visit not $130! Their reason was the contracted charge with my insurance (BCBS of TX) is $199. Why would I be told $130 over the phone knowing I had insurance? If their prices fluctuate, this should be disclosed. I have been dealing with muscle spasms for over 30 years and the last time I had one was over a year and a half, but because I went in this place, the doctor wanted to take an xray, before he could treat me. I refused an xray will not because it will not show you anything concerning your muscles. I have had my spine xrayed in the past and even had an MRI, they just wanted to bilk my insurance company for the money.
