We were pleased with the pot lights the technician recommended and installed in our basement as well as his ability to do what was needed to get the job done. He was a pleasure to work with. Immediately I could tell he knew his stuff and his prices were very competitive. He is an all around great guy, I can not recommend him enough. He puts himself in your shoes and is always willing to talk things out and explain pros/cons. I give Immediate Electrical & Heating & Cooling my highest recommendation!!
Taylor is probably the best AC guy I have dealt with. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he went through the diagnosis process for my AC. He was honest and affordable. I will definitely use him from now on.
I highly recommend Immediate Electrical & Heating & Cooling. Out of four electricians contacted for an emergency repair, Tech was the only one who immediately called back and followed up on the work that I needed done, and at a very reasonable price. When he arrived at the house, he was very polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I now have a new go to electrician who I'll continue to use and recommend to anyone.
Their salesman Jason was very thorough in his explanation of all the equipment. We actually learned a lot. This was our first time having to buy a furnace and AC unit. We were replacing a 20 year old unit which still worked but we were getting a bit nervous they would just die out eventually. Thank you to our installers . Great job !!!!! Awesome crew.
We were able to make upgrades that really improved the energy efficiency of our homes and we are now saving money on our utility bills every month. We knew the new systems would be expensive, but we were very confident in our decision because we got bids from several reputable contractors in the area!
