The hours on the website were wrong. I went at 8am on a Tuesday and it was closed. I called and the person said it would open at 9. I waited around for the hour only to find out at 9am from the provider next door that the urgent care isn’t open at all during the week! Don’t trust the website hours!!

I went to urgent care with my son on Thursday because we weren't feeling well , as I Walked through the door I notice the facility is very clean , I was greeted immediately and they had the state of the arts technology to enroll me in the system .They were very proficient,professional and courteous. I would like to thank you Louanna, Maha and Aesha Diggs manager for their assistance . I will consider going back to them for any urgent care medical services in the future .
Immediate Express Care came through in a pinch when I had a severe case of the flu. Their prompt diagnosis and treatment plan helped me recover faster and get back to work sooner.
