I was seen by Mark Allen, who had never met me before, but who treated me with utmost respect. He listened, and discussed treatment options with me thoroughly. I won't hesitate to go to this Immediate Care in the future because my experience with him was the best. Thank you. By the way, I waited for only a brief time before I was seen, definitely within reason.
I've taken my teenagers here several times each and have had great service every time. We especially like Mark Allen. He's a smart guy, listens and is easy to talk to!
The waiting is the worse ever! The office staff is great, Dr.? Kindly old man, but needs to retire.
I was a walk-in, was told the wait was about 45 mins. I was called in about 30 mins later, seen and out within another hour. For sure will return. So much easier than driving to Chico and waiting for a few hours just to go in the back room.
Showed up 15 minutes early to an appointment like we were told. Waited in the waiting room for about a half hour before getting called in. Got to the exam room and had to wait another hour and a half before anyone even came in. Would definitely choose somewhere else if I could
