TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Can I give a negative star? These people were contracted by American Home Shield homeowner warranty. This should have been a no-charge replacement of my minisplit air conditioner. I was charged by $1,300 for "modifications" which they say were not covered by American Home Shield. The owner, Nichole Standlee, had me sign a very bad contract, in retrospect. There were NO modifications, they just plugged into the existing lines and power that were there for the old unit. TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE CRACK HEADS FOR OVER 1 1/2 YEARS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND WE PAID OVER 2,000$ AND STILL HASNT REPAIRED MY UNIT INSTEAD THEY MESSED WITH A UnIt atHAT HAD A CAP ON IT AND WASNT EVEN SuPPOSe TO TOUCH it! NEVER EVER AGAIn!!!!!!
My A.C has been out for a year and these people keep telling American home shield they fixed it, one thing after another and they never get back to you. They are horrible I gave them one star cause I had to to actually give a review. These owner Nicole doesn't take responsibility for her business she likes to avoid calls and texts. They hire anyone and those people are the ones going to our homes.
Immediate Air Solutions does a great job, and is fast. Definitely friendly and do great work. I highly recommend them for your A/C needs.
Immediate Air Solutions did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in no time. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process stress-free. Great service at a fair price. I highly recommend them!
