This place is a joke. Replaced my hvac on home warranty, left exposed plywood because they don't do roof. New unit somehow smaller footprint than the old.There was an actual hole left. Two stars because office lady was quite nice.
Not even worth 1 star. This is the worst company. Do not go with them. They never get their job done. They have come back and forth 5 times with nothing that is resolved. They did not even have their equipment nor a ladder and had to ask if they could borrow ours. They were so friendly the first time they came and said that if the heat did not come back on to call them immediately and they will come replace the part as they have it on them. Fantastic service! Their staff kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions. They set my appointment quickly. The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and especially they were very hard workers. They made sure the install was done right. They helped me understand the process of the install as it was in progress and informed me when they were on the way or when they were leaving and coming back. Best of all, the unit is working great and I’m a happy customer!
