Aylo Health deals with deceptive business practices with insurance and will fail to notify you when they are no longer in network and continue to allow you to rack up bills as they do not promptly file insurance claims until months later. They will admit to their negligence but not take accountability.

I had a walk-in appointment today, because I wasn't feeling so well. Front desk was so kind and patient. Fadjen was able to get me right on the schedule to see Bradley, which was awesome. He took his time explaining to me what was going on with my symptoms. Beside manners was top tier. Carol the nurse was excellent. I highly recommend this Primary Care center.
The Doctor's in this office have always been professional, but please beware of anyone from scheduling or the front desk staff. Someone from scheduling called to inform me that they must reschedule my appointment. After this I went in only to be turned away as my appointment was not in the system. This was not the first time this has happened. After being a patient there for seven years I will be finding a new primary care provider.
I went for a visit on 07/02, took x-ray and lab results. I was told that after my x-ray was read from the radiologist someone would give me a call. By 07/08/25 I still have not received a call, so I called them, and they state that the x-ray didn't show anything, and they will have a provider to look at it and call me. 07/11/25 I still haven't received a call, so I called to inquire. We had been patients for years. Most of the doctors care. At the time, PA Sharon Williams was there. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She requested to put my husband in the hospital and he was there for 5 days with Pneumonia. I had Pneumonia and bronchitis as well. We were in the waiting area. The administrative functions of this office inept at best. Labs are ready in two days, takes two plus weeks to have doctor sign off and upload results. (Happened to me twice). Had problem getting specific prescription, they pass you around through half a dozen people then just hang up on you. That's an hour wasted on hold. Was never resolved. I recently left a review complaining about being forgotten for an hour in the waiting area. That did not reflect on the service I received in the imaging area. The technician was very professional and nice. Lindsay, the manager was very nice and apologetic, so was the technician. I would recommend this company.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea from this center back in Nov/Dec 2019. I had a revisit some 30 days or more later and ended up that my insurance didn't cover the entire visit as I hadn't reached by the deductible. I went back to the facility today 03/27/2020 for a follow-up and to get a new mask like the one I have is already worn out. I sat in the office went over all the information tried on different masks and such.
