building mainence guy raciest and picks not only at residence but at the people that work there very unprofessional !
My aunt has been there for about a year; very friendly, kind staff. Very clean, welcoming. Hoping that many of the small activities that disappeared during COVID will come back-
It seem like a good option at first but that changed quickly. The maintenance guy on the premises turned out to be rude. He acts as if he owns the building. I don't appreciate the way my mom was harassed. I will never refer anyone to this place.
IF YOUR WORKING AT THIS SITE FOR SECURITY REFUSE THIS SITE IT IS NOT WORTH IT I worked here I'll just say that this site has to be one of the worst sites in Hartford to work at, the resident manager or building manager I'm not sure what his title is cause quite frankly I didn't even last a week I left the site due to his behavior, this site is so bad that they have a high turnover rate of security guards and can barely hold onto more than one security company cause of this man, he's extremely rude and unprofessional to work ... read more
