Had them come out to the house. They cancelled 3 different times to come out before. Should have known then that they would not be timely at all. They then came out and put a bid on 3 trees in the back, some rock work and three bushes. They completed the rock work, two trees and two bushes and stated they would be back the next day to finish. I would give this company zero stars if I could. These guys came out to my house on 4/11/23 to trim a large tree in my front yard. I also have a smaller one and was told they would trim on it some, just to get the lower branches out of the way. They did the work to my satisfaction and cleaned up the yard really nice, of all the fallen small branches and dead ones.Now comes the problem. We had them ******** of out trees on 4/14/2023. We paid them by credit card in the amount of $613.40. A charge for the service was posted to our account on 4/15. The invoice we received on 4/14 stated that "This payment was completed via ****** Two more charges for $653.40 were posted to our account on 4/17. A charge of $816.75 was also posted on 4/17. They did not complete the services that I paid them for. Cleaning flower beds was one job and re-leveling patio stones was another. This work was non-acceptable although their tree/shrub trimming was good. They were supposed to come back three days later to finish the flower beds but did not show up. When I texted, she said they would come the next day. I have not heard from them again. I had some neighbors interested in their tree trimming until we found them to not be dependable.

An appointment was set up on Thursday 4/6/23 for Immaculate to remove a tree. On that day I had to call them to see if they were going to show up or not. They told me that they had a job run over. And, that they were going to make an effort to come out. If not that day then the next which was Friday 4/7/23. Understandable. They never showed up then either. My phone calls and texts were ignored. I was completely blown off. Booking with them was a complete waste of time!
