Francisco Garcia is a BIG SCAMMER!!! BEWARE!!! He will be in civil court for $8,000 and possible criminal charges for $1900 for my sister. He only primed 2 of my rooms, falsified material description and price and never produced flooring and/or receipts. He lied to a police officer stating that he was going to give back my money.
