I scheduled a clean with this company and they did not show up. I called, texted and emailed and when I finally got a response the owner said that her crew did not answer her phone calls. She did not apologize or offer to reschedule or anything. When I asked for an update about 15 minutes later she never responded to me. This left us in a bad situation because we needed our house cleaned before we moved out the next day and ended up having to do it ourselves.
Vivi and her team were amazing. They did a deep cleaned and I love the job they did. I highly recommend hiring them!
