I have had the best experience with Immaculate Auto Care. My auto is long overdue for some TLC. I had the oil change today and anticipated new tire installation as well. The tires I ordered are unfortunately the wrong size. Barbara and Nella were extraordinarily helpful guiding me through ordering the proper size. Super happy and impressed with the new car shop that I found in Los Alamos. Immaculate Auto Total Car Care has performed several different services for my truck. Tires, brakes, radiator hose, window tinting. I’ve been extremely impressed with their attentiveness to detail, The quality of their work, the reasonable price, and the excellent customer service. I arrived 10 minutes early for an 8:00 a.m. appointment Two more clients arrived. We waited. The shop was still closed when I left around 10 minutes after my appointment time. They should have called to let me know they weren't going to open until 10:00 a.m. that day. It is very unprofessional to leave a client hanging. They called me two hours after my appointment time, but it was too late.
Helped us with a last minute tire plug even though they had other projects going on & they were closing soon. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for saving our day!
