Bought a lift from these people in 2021 and have had nothing but problems with the lift. Their website talks about service and assistance. There is no such thing. You get a rude woman on the phone who says “ you have to contact your contractor”. If you are thinking of buying a lift from these people, STAY AWAY! They do not stand by their product.
I was charged $60.29 for two bolts totally uncalled for and with no explanation. The bolts were packaged with another order and they still charged the freight. A poor way to do business and no answers to emails????????????
