I would never recommend renting with IMM. We rented the MSU Cedarwood Apartments for about a year. The lady who helped with our lease was extremely unfriendly, but I just let it go. When we moved in, it looked like it had not been cleaned AT ALL from the previous owners. There was pee around our entire toilet.The whole place was gross. The garage door was broken when we moved in. Then our fridge stopped working a few months after living there. Absolutely terrible! Stay far away from IMM in Minot. There is an employee of IMM who lives above me and makes terrible noise as well as false complaints against me, and I'm instantly harassed by them. I've made true complaints myself and nothing gets accomplished. As long as IMM has their money from you, that's all they care about. DO NOT RENT FROM IMM!!
