I rent with IMM and have had a great experience. I rent at their Elk Pointe location and love it there. I highly recommend IMM.
Brought up the issue they didn't set up my online account and didn't try at all to help me with the problem just told me to drop it off at IMM. Have been sending emails and calling for the last week trying to get this problem fixed and I have been ignored and pushed aside everytime. Do not rent from them.
This place is an effin joke! Anyone seriously considering IMM to rent from, DON'T! I had to ask and call several times for someone to take care of a river of water running through my garage constantly after it rains. Finally today I went in there and talked to a manager and she just laughed in my face and said squeegee it out. DO NOT RENT FROM IMM! I rent a small apartment from them that is in fourplex. They have a broken washer for us to use ( and pay 1.25) that only will use cold water. The other buttons wont work. The inside of the washer lip is made of plastic and broke off. Its probably 15 years or more old and I can agitate clothes better with my hands. They will NOT maintain the place. I have called multiple times to get the lights fixed out front so its not pitch black when I walk up the side walk.... nothing. I have a leak in my cealing w... read more
I've been very happy with them They manage one of my buildings and they have done an excellent job. I get professional summaries at the end of the month. The vacancy rate is very low. Every time I have called there to ask a question I receive prompt results and answers to my questions. I think the managers they hire are knowledgable and know what they are doing. Overall I have been very pleased.
