Rented for a year and a half. Smoke smell was throughout the apartment complex due to other tennants smoking nearly inside when it gets cold. The spare bathroom reeked of Urine no matter what cleaning solutions I used on it. I found cigarette butts littered underneath the floor heaters and on top of the closets from the previous tennant (they probably charged them $200-400 to "clean" as well). 5+ yrs at Elk Point. I was happy with the quality of my home, grounds and maintenence response time. Even got some deposit back after doing my move out checklist. Friendly prompt management.

I would not rent from IMM again. Throughout my tenancy, I repeatedly complained about the strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring units. The odor regularly entered my home, and despite multiple complaints, the issue was never resolved. The soundproofing was also extremely poor. The walls are so thin that I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring units, and the drafty windows allowed a significant amount of outside noise into the home.
