Paid $400 for a consultation, only to be told multiple times “IF we take your case” because they’re very busy. That should have been clearly communicated before charging such a high consultation fee. I was also given incorrect information about my situation. Later, the legal aide called me back to correct herself, and mentioned she was driving at the time, which felt unprofessional.
