Called in to ask about a townhouse opening and schedule a tour and was told the building was open until about 6PM making it simple, easy, nd smooth to check it out without having to wait for someone. Seemed like a friendly but professional family business. Asked if I was able to have cats on the property and was delighted with the answer.

Office staff was able to answer my questions about the apartment. My credit score is 650 and I got an answer in 2 days that I was approved. If you have bad credit even if you apply before anyone else, they will reject you. The apartment is cozy and cute, the building is small and quiet. It's a family owned business, you can tell as soon as you enter their office in Encino. I am very happy living here!
