Called to place an order. The lady at dispatch was very rude.. and informed me they do not deliver concrete after 2pm... when i asked why not. Every other company does . She snapped back with. Well we do not!! I guess they don't need my $2,000 order.. called the very next company. And they happily set up my order...

This is not about the product but the service experienced. Make sure you know what product you are purchasing and your means of getting it from the concrete truck to your project. If using a pump insure you get the appropriate mix as it must be compatible with the pump. Details both ways are important as IMI records their conversations and if you leave something out you may end up eating the costs.
