I have to give IMI - Keith Fruits 5 stars. I called him on issue involving concrete they'd poured and he came by my house on his way home and look at the problem and gave us a solution! What I appreciated the most is he gave no excuses and kept a smile the whole time. That to me is true customer service. 5 stars!!!
