Kahuna massage with Jo is a lovely experience. I had pain in a particular area after the massage, but Jo took the time to help me work through that. I do suffer with pain, so it could have been linked to that or shifting energy, which Jo explained can happen with the treatment. Jo has a calming nature about her, which is lovely. Her workspace has been set-up beautifully.
Jo is amazing. On her guidance, and pre-surgery, I booked in for a 90min Kahuna massage and 30min reiki session. My goal was to feel relaxed and at peace with my body - Jo absolutely facilitated this! My body was tension free, my mind at peace, and now post-surgery, I truly believe the session contributed massively to my very low level of recovery discomfort. Couldn’t recommend ImHER more ✨🥰
