I have been going here for years but in the past 2 years this place has gone down hill fast. You can never get an appointment. But the nurses are always so helpful and kind. I can say it feels like family here, and I just wish they could be able to get more help there. I'm truly worried that I will end up having to find another place to go, and I truly don't want to. Let me start by saying they have incredibly friendly staff and the nurse practitioner was great. I didn't realize IMH replaced the drs and nurse practitioners on a regular basis. Not recommended if you need consistency.
NP Kelly is a joke, very disrespectful and wants to judge you from the jump.She had a dirty jacket on and a faded tattoo on her saggy chest, which should of been covered up better if you choice this job.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
