Chelsea and her staff are great for the community - whether you just need childhood vaccines, a school physical, or access to a positive and caring primary care provider
I saw the Nurse Practioner and she was the most ignorant health professional I have ever incountered. I would not waste my time again with her. Because I actually want a say in my health care she was put out.
Awful communication. Made specific requests PRIOR to making the appointment, only to be told, SORRY FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION. We can't do that for you. Then when I express my frustrations about the lack of integrity, I'm told to leave because I'm "yelling at them". Doctor then tells me if I have meds for my dog at home, I should have just taken those instead. Don't come back. Unbelievably unprofessional, rude, careless & derogatory.
I love my doctor!! He actually listens to me about all my pain ECT but they are very polite and respectful
