2 days ago New Extremely disappointed with IMG Seat Warrington, I will never use this place again! I had my 73 Plate Leon serviced with 8,000 miles on the clock in April. The mechanic advised that both my front control arm (wishbone) bushes were melting? Needing to be replaced. Also that both my front brake discs were Warped needed replacing too. They advised that the Bushes would be covered by my warranty, but then told me that they don't do Warranty jobs , unbelievable ! I don't know how Seat Allow them to sell their brand... read more
Took my one year old SEAT Arona for its first service after a deeply unsatisfying experience with Liverpool (where I bought it). What a contrast, people actually answer phones, easy customer parking, courtesy car available and I was dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously. Five Star recommendation for Leanne, I couldn’t have had better service. Travelling from Liverpool to Warrington is no hardship when you are valued as a customer and looked after.
Just picked up my new Seat Leon...our 6th car from IMG. Thanks to Phil for the smooth handover...I absolutely love my car and would recommend IMG to anyone.
Excellent small independent Seat garage. Great communication from them and reasonable prices. A lot more accommodating than the large motor franchises. They even washed my car which is unusual nowadays. Thanks
THIS DEALERSHIP APPARENTLY HAVE “NO TECHNICIAN THAT CAN DIAGNOSE A WARRANTY REPAIR”. If that is the case, this should be mentioned to the customer before them committing to them. This is FRAUD. Service team are unhelpful and condescending. Play dumb when you report a well know issue with specific models of cars. Our Lease car failed its MOT on a broken reversing light.
