Lots of offices & lab. I saw orthopedist.
I see all these comment bashing them, I have Dr Thomas, Dr Perez and Dr Cantero handling the mess which is my person, one people seem to forget that this is a clinic, not a restaurant, they gotta help thousands of other people and they’ve got 2 locations to cover all of their problems, sure you can get the occasional grump nurse or something but if you treat them like a human they’ll want to work with you, I haven’t had any problems other than scheduling from them probably only a handful of times in a decade of going to them... read more
We’ve been with this medical group close to a decade. Our PCPs have always been accommodating along with the many specialist we’ve seen over the years . We’ve been loyal paying clients. However being now retired we are now on Medicare through United Health and no longer with Cigna through our employer. My husband recently had a visit with his PCP we assume with the transition to United health coverage was easy however there may have been a glitch with our medical insurance. I went in, in person, and booked an appointment for weeks in the future. I received no email confirmation and no phone or text confirmation. I was told what date my appointment was, but not the doctor's name nor the time. I left a voicemail asking what the time was as I wasn't even given a handwritten appointment card, but received no call back. Seriously - how do you run a business like this?
