Office is a mess. !!!!! The 3rd party company they use to schedule is useless! Called to confirm my appointment and I show up and no one is there. Office was closed due to hurricane outage and no one bothered to call and tell me. Then I had another appointment and showed up and I wasn’t even on the schedule. And not in trying to get clearance for a surgery and they are saying they can’t go it but it’s specifically for what I’m being seen and treated for at this office?! Make it make sense!!!
If I had rated this before the switch from IMG to HealthyMD/from the old building to the new, I would have given them 5+ stars. Ever since the switch, it hasn’t been as personal/friendly. New people every time I come in. No doctor/NP in house. Can never get anyone to answer the phone since switching to the answering service. They do great work here, and I wouldn’t survive without them, but I’m severely disappointed in their service lately. I loved when it used to be IMG Health and they were great. Never had issues and always go above and beyond for its patients. HOWEVER, Since they change administration to HealthyMD everything is a nightmare with them. I had to talk to the clinical manager as the staff is never on top of their thing. They change my insurance without my concern, I provided my private insurance twice and never got updates until I ran out of medication and they didn’t even knew what was my insurance (even tho they took a copy twice I brought it p... read more
I’m so glad after many years and new faces Kori is with IMG now Healthy MD. I feel confident in my visits knowing she is taking care of me. She deserves the acknowledgement for her hard work!
The people that work there are amazing. Nick is awesome! They are very friendly and have a great phlebotomist. You do not even feel the needle growing in your arm. And they decorated their office and rainbow Christmas. I will add pictures. They have a Lotta very friendly staff here and make you feel welcome.
