Not very comfortable, and not made for the elderly. We bought one for Mum and regret it. But, everyone to there own. The plug has fallen out and I have searched for 2.5 hours with friends and neighbours and can not work out where it goes. No info on the net....
Here we go again, second review. My IMG recliner was repaired and now it’s broken again. This time it is an electrical problem. Basically I have a very expensive rocking chair, none of the motors are working or the USB charging port. As before I am waiting for IMG to respond to the furniture store and get the parts needed for the repair. If this is supposed to be a high quality piece of furniture, my recliner must have been made on a Monday or Friday. Bought 2 IMG Nordic 85 chairs from Domayne at $2559 each thinking they were top of the range but product and after sales service has been terrible. Within 2 years of purchase one of the armrests started to lose its colour (we have had leather chairs all our lives and I have never seen this before). Because we also purchased a Guardsman extend warranty at $199 we were told to deal with them. After 3 months Guardsman finally decided that the wearing was not an accident so it was not covered. They also said the waring was in a ... read more

I purchased two recliners with the thought I was purchasing two high quality chairs from Norway. Unfortunately one of the chairs started having a problem and I was asked to send images of some labels under the chair. One of the labels reads “made in Vietnam” to my surprise. So much for Norwegian manufacturing. Now the furniture store is telling me that it takes over a month to get anything repaired because IMG is slow to approve repairs.
