To be honest, I was worried that Dr. V was able to get me in so quickly because she was a bad provider, but that couldn't be further from the truth! She is super efficient with time but is super attentive at the same time. She is super smart and knew a lot especially about my thyroid concerns. She is also super communicative outside of appointments and will get back to me super quickly if I have a question or issue. Love Dr. V!
AWFUL Doctor! Incredibly negligent on behalf of her patients, allowing them to feel extremely unattended to and uncared for. Mrs. Chan-Villanueva is a liar when it comes to your actual evaluation and puts false notes. As well as her nurses! Would not EVER recommend! Better yet, don’t even go to the clinic.
Amazing doctor don't believe the other review
The staff I encountered was friendly but I will not step foot in there again. In fact I would jump from a moving ambulance before I go back. The facility is trashy, and everything extremely disorganized. I had to carry my own urine in a hazmat baggie with NO instructions to the lab where a very nice lady called the doctor to find out what to do with the random bag of urine. Enough said.
