I have been training at IMEC for 7 months and I have lost 57 lbs. Coach George and Coach Kendal are experts at loosing weight, eating healthy and they care about their clients. My Daughter, A College Volleyball Player also trains with Coach George during the summers and on her breaks. Her Vertical is now higher and her speed and strength has increased. I registered my son to IMEC August of 2025. I was pleased with the high quality of the magazine upon receiving it. My son has received recognition and inquiries since being featured in the magazine. I highly recommend IMEC for all athletes. I have been a member of other recruiting programs and none compares to IMEC.

My experience has been outstanding. Coach Brown has maintained consistent communication with us and has shown genuine interest in our son’s progress.
