I just came back from a dermatological appointment with Dr. Sharma and wanted to comment on my experience at this clinic. To start, my appt was scheduled for 2:40pm - I had waited 35 minutes in an almost empty waiting room. I asked the receptionist politely how long the wait might be and I noticed that she was short and curt with me each time she spoke. Hmmm. Not off to a good start. I recently was seen by Dr. Sharma for skin problems. The staff were very professional & kind & well informed to instruct me on treatment. Dr. Sharma is also very professional & informative. I did not feel rushed. I had a biopsy & received a call from Dr. Sharma with results in a prompt time period. Her reassurance & concern were so appreciative.
