Very poor experience :(. Been told they don't need my Business. Tried to open an IMC Business account online. Took for ever to get a response from anybody. Talked on the phone and emailed Alexandra multiple times. After dealing with ignorance and unresponsiveness. She told me she didn't receive any emails i sent from multiple accounts. I didn't know IMC has gotten that bad. It took me only 1 hour each to get an Business Account approved with SSF and Worldpac. SSF is still the best place to order parts from.
