The office staff here is by far, hands down once of the most unprofessional I have ever had to deal with! They are very rude, do not return phone calls or follow up when you call. Dr. Eves himself is wonderful but he needs to clean house before he loses all of his patients!

I first seen Dr Eves when I was admitted to the hospital I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver from having a fatty liver.i was in alot of pain.Dr Eves was consulted to see me .he came up late in the evening .he sat down in the chair next to me an expland what was going on in my body and what we need to do . He made me feel not so scared. And my Sister to. I was under his care for 3 years .I do see a nother Doctor he refred for me to go to in mobile. I do work at the hospital. I agree with the other bad reviews. The PA refused to return calls. When I finally got to see her she said she decided it was "not an emergent situation." So, you can only get a return call if she decides it's an emergency? After months of testing, I still had no diagnosis or prescription. The PA said they would not make a referral to UAB. We finally got to see Dr Eves. He decided that he didn't know what was wrong and said my lymphoma would kill me before my GI issue and he would refer me to Oschner. But, he didn't.
