She is incredibly knowledgeable and effective in the sense of how to do the facials and use the product and all that, but equally as amazing is her understanding of human touch and the senses. I swear it’s like even when she puts a towel on your face she knows exactly the right way to do it so that you feel fully taken care of. And all of the products smell really good.
