Imber has been a horrible company to work with. We signed a contract in August of 2024, and as of today, November 13, 2025, we are no closer to swimming. The pool was not set correctly; it had been drained at least four times while trying to "fix" the issue, and then removed from the ground and reset. Imber incorrectly installed skimmers on our new pool, removed them, and then patched the holes, attempting to pass the patch job off as our responsibility.
